Individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Basic Skills Training

Psychosocial rehabilitation can greatly improve your well-being.  Our therapists are highly trained professionals who specialize
in treating clients' negative behaviors and providing compassionate counseling for individuals suffering from mental health disorders.  
Psychosocial rehabilitation and basic skills sessions last about 2 hours depending on your specific treatment plan. Regular sessions are                                                                                                                                        
strongly recommended for the fastest path to positive behavior.    Psychosocial rehabilitation and basic skills training are all about   the
client as an individual.  People seek professional help for negative behaviors, as well as positive reinforcement.  When you enlist our services,
you can expect to be treated with respect, understanding and compassion. We encourage you to work through issues at your own pace. You
will be challenged and engaged, and through hard work you'll be provided the tools to overcome the burdens of the past and look to a brighter future ahead.

Individual Therapy


Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting.
Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 45 minutes to an hour.


Group Therapy

Therapist-led group sessions are useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy.  It provides real-life feedback and interaction among clients.
 

 

 Working Together in Group Therapy 

Our group therapy can augment individual treatment plans, and sometimes it even replaces the one-on-one sessions completely. Group therapy provides a safe setting for real-life interaction with others. In this environment, group members can discuss their problems honestly and give each other feedback and positive reinforcement.   Groups provide a setting in which members can learn to identify, understand and express their feelings accurately to others. Led by our professional staff members and individuals are encouraged to share their thoughts openly, but at their own pace. Group Therapy can provide a sense of community that greatly enhances the healing process.
